The challenge

Three separate WordPress sites — one per venue — each slow, inconsistent in branding and broken on mobile. Online reservations split across two platforms. SEO non-existent. Marketing manager spending hours updating menus manually.

  • Local SEO & GBP: Each venue's Google Business Profile rebuilt with categories, photos, posts and review workflow. Local schema, area pages and event listings.
