Rescue vs rebuild — honest call

If the rescue would cost more than 60% of a fresh build, we'll tell you. Sometimes the cheapest path forward is to back up the content and rebuild on a modern stack — and we'd rather lose the rescue fee than waste your money propping up a site that should be replaced.
