Rendering trade
Rendering specialist website design.
System-specific pages for K-Rend, silicone, monocouche and EWI, colour visualisers, 25-year warranty documentation and developer-grade credibility.
Rendering is a trade where the buyer's already half-decided what they want before they search. Someone Googling "K-Rend installer near me" knows the brand, knows roughly what it costs, knows they want colour-through silicone for durability. Someone Googling "render my house" is at the opposite end — they've seen a neighbour's property go from grim pebbledash to crisp white silicone and they want the same. The website has to serve both, plus the developer searching "PAS 2030 EWI contractor" for a 40-unit retrofit. Three different buyer profiles, three different content tracks, one cohesive brand.
The structural answer is one page per system. K-Rend, Weber, Parex, ProRend each get their own page with technical detail, warranty documentation and a gallery of completed work in that specific system. Silicone, silicone-silicate, mineral and monocouche each get their own page because buyers search for the finish, not just "rendering". Traditional sand-and-cement gets a page too — it's still requested for restoration and listed-building work and ranks well because most modern competitors don't bother to write about it.
The other pillar is colour. Render colour is a high-anxiety decision — customers will agonise for weeks over off-white vs ivory vs pebble. A proper colour visualiser (we integrate K-Rend's, Weber's, or build a lightweight custom one with your ten most-installed colours overlaid on photos of completed houses) cuts the decision time massively and books surveys faster. We pair it with a gallery filterable by colour and system so visitors can see their preferred combination on a real property.
EWI external wall insulation is the third leg — different buyer (often funded work, often developer or social housing), different ticket size, different credentials (PAS 2030 / 2035 installer status, manufacturer-approved systems). Worth a dedicated section with case studies and a contractor capability page. Combined with the system-specific pages, warranty documentation, colour visualiser and before/after galleries, the site does the technical pre-sell so your surveys close instead of educate.
